9:30am-4:30pm on days we are open. Our hours are weather permitting. Check our Calendar for specific Thanksgiving and Christmas hours as they may change. We close at 4:00 pm on Christmas Eve, so Santa can start his deliveries.

Age 2 and Under Ride Free
Age 2 and under are always free on rides. On Peak Days please include your little ones in the reservation by selecting the “Under 2” ticket. Children aged 2 and under must be accompanied by an adult on rides.
Reservations
Reservations required on Peak Days. Tickets will be released weekly to avoid cancellations.
Tickets will be released the week of visit date to avoid weather related park closures and cancellations. Ticket release dates will follow the posted schedule below, however if there is inclement weather in the forecast ticket release could be delayed until the forecast is reliable.
November 18th tickets will be released for November 23rd & 24th
November 21st tickets will be released for November 25th, 26th & 27th
November 25th tickets will be released for November 29th, 30th and December 1st
December 2nd tickets will be released for December 7th & 8th
December 9th tickets will be released for December 14th, 15th & 16th

We are an outdoor park and our operations are heavily dependent on the weather and that is the only reason we hold back tickets to be purchased.
We will not presell our tickets or fill any of our capacity spots before the ticket release date so that everyone does have a fair and equal chance of getting tickets.
Please make sure to check the weather ahead of ticket purchase so you are aware of temperatures and weather before your visit to avoid cancellations- we are an outdoor park so be prepared for the potential of wintery weather and conditions. Any refund/reschedule requests need to be requested 24 hours before your scheduled visit and reschedules cannot be moved into sold out days or times – however if you have a problem with your purchase please contact us ahead of time and we will do our best to help you out at northpoleonlinetickets@gmail.com

Purchase this pass at our main office access to ALL rides throughout the park for the entire summer/fall season.* Height and safety requirements are in place and adults do need a ride pass to ride with children if needed. No discounts available on season pass.
Please note the BLACKOUT DATES that are physically printed on your pass during our peak season. You do not need reservations as a season pass holder, however if you are bringing others with you who do not have a pass they will need an online reservation on our peak days.

Rides Wristbands
During the Summer and Fall seasons, entrance into the park is FREE! Shop, dine and explore Santa’s Village. Purchase ride wristbands at the gate to access our rides. All rides are subject to height and safety requirements.

$5 off any ride wristband. Must show valid military ID for discount. Includes spouse and direct dependents.

$5 off ride wristband for guests 60+
Season Pass:
North Pole Season Pass is available through our main office.
Age 2 and Under Ride Free
Age 2 and under are always free on rides when accompanied by an adult (age 16+) with a ride wristband on rides.
Reservations & Tickets
No reservations required in the summer. Purchase your ride wristband at the gate! Online tickets for the Holiday Season will be available beginning of the end of October and will be released on a weekly basis to avoid weather cancellations
Additional Information
Rain Checks
Rain checks are issued if ALL the rides are closed for 60 consecutive minutes. All rainchecks issued during the summer season will expire on 10/31. There are no refunds due to the weather.

The park hours are weather permitting. If you are worried about us being closed due to the weather, please feel free to call ahead at 719-684-9432.
