Enjoy the Christmas spirit year round in the shadow of Pikes Peak at the North Pole!
Our unique mountain park has over 2 dozen rides perfect for young families. Enjoy a relaxing ride on our train or take in breathtaking mountain views from the top of our iconic Ferris Wheel. Shop in one of our many unique gift shops or enjoy a meal at one of our eateries.
We are pleased to open for our 67th season bringing more families memories in 2023.

COVID restrictions
Santa and his elves are doing everything they can to keep the park safe for our visitors. The following precautions are currently in place at our park and taken directly from the Colorado State Health Department Executive Order:
- Fully vaccinated visitors can go without masks in public- indoors and outdoors.
- Unvaccinated people over age 11 are encouraged to continue wearing masks in all public indoor spaces.
- People who do not have to wear a mask, even if unvaccinated, include:
- People who are 10 years old and younger.
- People who cannot medically tolerate a face covering.
- Children younger than 2 years old should NOT wear masks.
- Throughout this pandemic, we have consistently followed recommendations from the Colorado State Health Department and we will continue to do so. If these requirements change, we will also reevaluate our policy.

Is there wi-fi in the park?
Unfortunately, Rudolph’s nose interferes with the signal and so wifi is not available in the park.
Can I buy tickets online?
Reservations are required peak days during the holiday months (November and December) and can be purchased one week in advance.
How can I ask for a Donation?
Unfortunately due to the impacts of COVID 19 shutdowns we are unable to offer donations at this time.
Do you allow outside food?
Yes, we do allow outside food to be brought into our picnic pavilion located just inside our main entrance. We do not allow alcohol or BBQ grills to be brought into the park.
Can I book a large group or birthday?
Unfortunately at this time we are still not booking any large groups or birthday parties- you are welcome to set up a picnic in our picnic pavilion located just inside our park.
Can I still mail letters from the North Pole?
Yes, we have a special post mark and can mail your letters and post cards direct from North Pole, Colorado !
